Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital products only — nothing is physically shipped

Every product on Zyentora — ebooks, templates, trackers, prompt packs, and similar digital resources — exists only as a downloadable file. There are no physical goods, no packages, and no couriers involved in any order placed through Zyentora or a reseller's store.

2. How delivery works

Once your payment is successfully completed through Razorpay:

• Your order is recorded against the product and the reseller's store you purchased from
• Your product is made available to you as a secure download link
• Delivery is generally completed within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases — high traffic or a processing delay — it may take longer, but always within 24 hours

There's no shipping address to enter, no delivery charges, and no difference in delivery based on your location within India or elsewhere — every customer receives their product the same way, electronically.

3. If you don't receive your purchase

If more than 24 hours have passed since a successful payment and you haven't received your product:

1. Check the email address you used at checkout, including your spam or promotions folder
2. Confirm the payment actually completed (check your bank/UPI app or Razorpay confirmation — a payment that failed or is still processing hasn't generated an order yet)
3. If the payment went through and you still have nothing, contact us through our Contact Us page with your payment reference and the store/product you ordered

Confirmed cases of "paid but not delivered" are covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy if we're unable to complete delivery.

4. Access after delivery

Download links are provided for a limited time for security reasons. If your link has expired and you need it re-sent, contact us with your order details and we'll help.
