How reselling works

Zyentora builds the products. You choose which ones to sell, set your own price, and get a storefront of your own. There's nothing to create, host, or ship.

1. Apply. Pick the products you want to sell and set a price for each.
2. Get approved. We review applications and usually respond within a few days.
3. Share your store. You get your own link — /store/your-name on Zyentora. Your dashboard shows the full address to copy.
4. Earn. When someone buys, you keep the difference between your price and our base price, minus a platform fee.

Platform fees

There is no joining fee, no monthly fee, and no charge for having a store. We only earn when you do.

Every product has a base price — that's Zyentora's share. You set your selling price above it. The difference is your profit, and we take a 10% platform fee on that profit only, never on the whole sale.

You can never price below the base price — the system won't allow it, because that would mean losing money on every sale.

Payouts

• You can request a payout once your available earnings reach ₹500.
• Request it from the Payouts button in your dashboard. Save your UPI ID or bank details once and they're reused next time.
• Requests are reviewed and transferred within a few working days.
• Only completed sales count. A refunded order doesn't earn a payout.
• You can have one payout request open at a time. Sales made while it's being processed roll into your next one.

Your dashboard always shows what's waiting, the fee being deducted, and exactly what will land in your account — before you request anything.

Product limits

Stores start with up to 5 products. You can swap them at any time from your dashboard — remove one, add another — so the limit is on how many you sell at once, not how many you can ever try.

Delivery & downloads

Delivery is automatic. The moment a payment succeeds, the customer lands on a download page and gets their file — you don't have to send anything.

Download links stay valid for 24 hours. Customers are told this clearly before and after paying, and are asked to save the file. If someone misses the window, contact us with their payment details and we'll get it to them.

For customers

• Payments are handled by Razorpay. Cards, UPI and netbanking are all supported. Zyentora never sees your card details.
• Your product is available to download immediately after payment.
• Something wrong? If a file doesn't work, doesn't arrive, or you're charged twice, contact us within 7 days and we'll fix it — see our Refund Policy for the full terms.
