1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing Zyentora, applying to become a reseller, purchasing a product through a reseller's store, or using a Zyentora app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use Zyentora

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to apply as a reseller or make a purchase. By using Zyentora, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. The Zyentora platform

Zyentora creates and owns a catalogue of digital products — ebooks, templates, trackers, prompt packs, and similar resources. Independent resellers apply to sell a selection of these products through their own branded storefront, at a price they choose above Zyentora's base price. Zyentora is the seller of record and product owner; resellers act as independent marketing partners, not employees or agents of Zyentora.

4. Products and licensing

This is the section most worth reading carefully if you're a customer or a reseller.

Unless a product's own page explicitly states otherwise, the default license is:

• For your personal use only
• Not for resale, redistribution, or sharing — in part or in full, modified or unmodified
• Not to be uploaded to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or shared publicly

If a product's page states it includes resale rights, master resale rights, or similar, that grant is limited to exactly what's described on that page — it does not extend to other products, and it doesn't transfer Zyentora's underlying ownership of the content.

5. Reseller terms

If you apply to become a Zyentora reseller and are approved:

• You get a branded storefront listing the products you've chosen to sell, at a price you set above Zyentora's base price for each product
• You keep the difference between your selling price and the base price on each completed, paid sale made through your store
• You're responsible for how you market your store, including complying with the advertising and disclosure rules of any platform you promote on (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)
• Zyentora doesn't guarantee any level of sales, earnings, or audience conversion — your results depend on your own marketing effort and audience
• Zyentora may review, adjust, or remove products from your store, or deactivate your store, if these terms are violated
• Payouts are calculated from verified, completed orders and paid to the payment details you provide; current payout handling is described when you apply

Zyentora reserves the right to approve or decline any reseller application at its discretion.

6. Zyentora Apps

Zyentora’s apps run at apps.zyentora.in, in your browser or installed to your home screen. Each app has a Free plan and a paid Pro plan.

• Free. Free needs no account. It includes each app’s essentials, with the limits shown in the app’s “Free vs Pro” table (for example, a daily limit on new entries). On Free, your entries are saved only on your device.
• Accounts. Cloud sync, Pro and Refer & Earn need you to sign in with Google. An account is for one person; don’t share it.
• Pro subscription. Pro is for one app and is paid monthly or yearly on zyentora.in, through Razorpay. The price is shown in Indian Rupees and includes GST. It renews automatically at the same price until you turn auto-renew off (in the app: Plan & data → Manage plan). If we change an app’s price, the new price applies only to new subscriptions, never to one that’s already running. Payments, cancelling and refunds are covered in section 8 of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• What’s included. Each app’s “Free vs Pro” table shows what each plan includes. Apps are updated over time, so features may be added, changed or removed.
• Your data. You own what you enter. Free data lives only in your browser on that device; clearing the browser’s data or losing the device deletes it, so use the app’s Backup button. Pro also keeps a copy in our cloud so your devices stay in sync, up to a storage limit per app. When Pro ends, nothing is deleted: entries on your device stay, and your cloud copy is kept until you subscribe again or ask us to delete it.
• Ai Smart Insights and other calculations are generated automatically on your device, by fixed rules applied to your own entries. They are for information only. They are not financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, health or other professional advice, and they can be wrong if your entries are incomplete. Zyentora is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. Decisions you make using an app, including trades and other money decisions, are your own responsibility.
• Fair use. The apps are licensed for your personal use. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute an app or its code; don’t try to unlock paid features without paying; and don’t overload or interfere with our servers.
• Availability. The apps work offline once opened. Sign-in, sync and payments need an internet connection and depend on our service providers, so we can’t promise they’ll be available without interruption.

7. Zyentora Apps: Refer & Earn

Anyone signed in to a Zyentora app at apps.zyentora.in can join Refer & Earn for free, from the Refer & Earn screen in the app. Approved Zyentora resellers already earn on the apps through their reseller link, so they can't also join this program.

• What you earn. When someone opens a Zyentora app through your link and then subscribes to that app's paid plan, you earn 40% of every payment they make for that app, monthly or yearly, for as long as they stay subscribed and you stay in the program.
• One app at a time. Each link is for one app. A referral counts only for the app the link was for.
• Who gets the credit. The first referral link someone uses for an app is the one that counts. Their browser remembers it for 30 days. If they sign in to the app or start checkout within those 30 days, the referral is saved to their account for good. Someone already referred for an app, by you, another member or a reseller, can't be referred for that app again, and neither can someone who has already paid for it.
• When it's yours. Each commission becomes available 7 days after the payment. If a payment is refunded or reversed, its commission is cancelled; if it was already paid out, we may deduct it from your next payout.
• Payouts. Paid to your UPI ID once your available balance is at least ₹500. You request a payout from the app, we check it, and we aim to pay within 7 working days. Earnings from test-mode payments are only for trying the system and are never paid.
• Taxes. You're responsible for any income tax on what you earn. Where Indian law requires us to deduct tax at source (TDS), we deduct it before paying and may ask for your PAN.

Not allowed: referring yourself, including through another account or email address you control; paying for someone's subscription to earn the commission; spam; misleading claims, such as promising income or features an app doesn't have; and paid ads that use the Zyentora name. If we see any of these, we may hold payouts while we look into it, cancel the commissions involved, and suspend your membership.

You take part as an independent referrer, not as an employee or agent of Zyentora. We may change the commission rate or these rules, or end the program. A change applies only to payments made after it takes effect; commissions you have already earned are kept, except ones from conduct this section doesn't allow.

8. Intellectual property

All products, the Zyentora name, logo, brand assets, and website content are the property of Zyentora (or licensed to Zyentora) and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Being an approved reseller gives you a license to market and sell specific products through your store — it does not transfer ownership of those products, the Zyentora brand, or any other intellectual property to you.

9. Account misuse and prohibited conduct

The following aren't allowed, for resellers or customers:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing a digital product outside the license terms shown on that product's page
• Creating fraudulent orders, self-purchasing to inflate sales, or manipulating pricing to bypass the base price
• Impersonating Zyentora, another reseller, or making misleading claims about a product
• Attempting to access another reseller's or customer's account, orders, or payout information
• Uploading or distributing malicious files, or attempting to interfere with the platform's normal operation

Violating these terms may result in a rejected application, a deactivated store, withheld payouts pending investigation, or removal from the platform.

10. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms for the payment method you use. Pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (₹) at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with a payment or delivery. Reseller plan payments (Pro and Pro+) renew automatically until cancelled and are non-refundable; cancelling stops future billing and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for — see section 7 of that policy. Zyentora Apps Pro subscriptions work the same way: prices include GST, they renew automatically until you turn auto-renew off, and they are non-refundable except as described in section 8 of that policy. Payment for an app always happens on zyentora.in, never inside the app itself.

11. Limitation of liability

Zyentora provides products, apps and the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zyentora isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product, an app or the platform, beyond the amount you actually paid for the product in question, or, for an app, the subscription payments you made for that app in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using Zyentora at any time. Zyentora may suspend or terminate a reseller store or restrict access to the platform for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse, with or without notice depending on severity.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows — for example, as reseller accounts and additional features are introduced. Continued use of Zyentora after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
