Prices are the full amount charged. Plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops future billing and keeps your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Plan payments are non-refundable — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refer & earn — every plan, including Free
Earn 40% lifetime recurring commission
Every reseller gets a personal referral link. When a creator you refer pays for Pro or Pro+, you earn 40% of every payment they make — every month or every year, for as long as they stay subscribed. It only stops if they cancel.
Each commission is held for 7 days, then paid out with your sales — your plan’s Minimum Payout Threshold applies. Referral links count for 30 days after someone first clicks one.
Where a ₹99 sale goes
An example: a product with a ₹39 base price, sold in your store for ₹99. Your profit margin is the ₹60 you charge on top of the base price (the fixed item cost).
Your minimum selling price is the product’s base price on every plan.
Questions
When does an upgrade start?
Straight away. Every sale after you upgrade uses your new plan. Moving from Pro to Pro+ starts Pro+ immediately and ends Pro — unused days on Pro aren’t credited or refunded.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your dashboard. Cancelling switches off auto-renewal: you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your store moves to Free. Nothing more is charged.
Can I get a refund?
No — plan payments are non-refundable, including any time left in your current month or year when you cancel. The one exception: if you were charged but your plan or upgrade didn’t activate because of a technical problem, contact us within 7 days with your Razorpay payment ID and we’ll activate it or refund that payment. What happens to my products if I move to a lower plan?
If you have more products than the lower plan allows, the extras are parked — hidden from your store, not deleted. Upgrade again and they come back.
When can I withdraw my earnings?
Request a payout from your dashboard once your available earnings reach your plan’s Minimum Payout Threshold.
How much does Zyentora take?
Two things from each sale: the base cost — the product’s fixed price (all of it on Free, 50% of it on Pro, 30% of it on Pro+) — and a small fee on your profit: 10% on Free, 7% on Pro, 5% on Pro+. Your profit is whatever you charge above the base price; everything else is yours. Each sale uses the plan you’re on when the customer pays — changing plan later never changes past sales.
Is Pro worth it for me?
It depends on how much you sell. Use the example table above: multiply the extra you keep per sale by the sales you make in a month, and compare that with the plan’s price.
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay — UPI, cards and other methods Razorpay supports for subscriptions. Payments renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
