This explains what information Zyentora collects, why, and how it's protected — in plain language, not legal filler.

1. Information we collect
Zyentora is a platform that creates digital products and distributes them through independent resellers. What we collect depends on how you use the site:
If you apply to become a reseller
- Full name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
- Your Instagram/YouTube profile link and, if you provide it, your approximate audience size
- Your requested store name and a short public bio
- Which products you'd like to sell and at what price
- Payment details (UPI ID or bank details) for paying out your share of sales — this field is optional at application time and can be shared later instead
If you purchase a product from a reseller's store
Purchases are processed entirely by Razorpay, our payment partner — Zyentora never receives or stores your card, UPI, or banking details. We do keep a record of the transaction itself (which product, which reseller's store, the amount paid, and the email address used at checkout) so we can deliver your product and handle any support request.
If you just browse the site
Standard technical data is generated automatically by the services that host and run Zyentora — things like IP address, browser type, and page requests, logged by our hosting and database providers for security and reliability. We don't run any separate analytics or advertising tracking of our own.
2. How we use it
We use the information above to:
- Review and process reseller applications, and set up and maintain approved reseller stores
- Deliver purchased digital products and provide customer support
- Calculate and pay out reseller earnings
- Communicate with resellers and customers about their applications, stores, or orders
- Keep the platform secure and prevent misuse
- Meet our legal and tax obligations
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. How it's stored and protected
Zyentora's data is stored using Supabase, a managed database provider that encrypts data in transit and at rest. Access to reseller and order records is restricted by database-level security rules (row-level security) that limit who can read or write which data — for example, only the Zyentora admin account can view or approve reseller applications, and reseller payment details are never publicly readable.
No online system is 100% immune to risk, but we don't store anything we don't need, and we never hold your payment card or banking credentials ourselves — that's handled entirely by Razorpay's own secured systems.
4. Third-party services we use
Running Zyentora means relying on a small number of specialist providers, each of which processes a limited slice of data on our behalf:
- Razorpay — processes all payments. Handles your card/UPI/banking details directly; Zyentora never sees them. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — our database, authentication, and file storage provider. Stores reseller applications, store data, order records, and product files. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — hosts the Zyentora website itself. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — loads the typefaces used on this site from Google's servers, which involves a standard font-request connection from your browser.
Each of these providers is contractually bound by its own privacy and security terms, linked above.
5. Sharing and disclosure
Beyond the service providers listed above, we share information only:
- Between a reseller and Zyentora, as needed to review applications, run a store, and process payouts
- If required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request from a government or judicial authority
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Zyentora, our resellers, or our customers
We do not share reseller or customer data with other resellers beyond what's necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., a reseller can see orders placed through their own store, not anyone else's).
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or outdated information
- Delete your information, subject to what we're legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax purposes)
- Withdraw consent for optional data, such as removing your payment details from a reseller application
To exercise any of these, reach out through the contact details at the bottom of this page or on our Contact Us page.
7. Cookies and local storage
Zyentora doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The admin dashboard and, once available, reseller accounts use a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in between visits — this is functional, not tracking-related, and is standard for any site with a login.
8. Children's privacy
Zyentora is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and reseller applications and purchases both require the applicant or customer to be an adult.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Zyentora's features change — for example, as reseller accounts and dashboards are introduced. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
