1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing Zyentora, applying to become a reseller, or purchasing a product through a reseller's store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

2. Who can use Zyentora

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to apply as a reseller or make a purchase. By using Zyentora, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. The Zyentora platform

Zyentora creates and owns a catalogue of digital products — ebooks, templates, trackers, prompt packs, and similar resources. Independent resellers apply to sell a selection of these products through their own branded storefront, at a price they choose above Zyentora's base price. Zyentora is the seller of record and product owner; resellers act as independent marketing partners, not employees or agents of Zyentora.

4. Products and licensing

This is the section most worth reading carefully if you're a customer or a reseller.

Unless a product's own page explicitly states otherwise, the default license is:

• For your personal use only
• Not for resale, redistribution, or sharing — in part or in full, modified or unmodified
• Not to be uploaded to file-sharing sites, marketplaces, or shared publicly

If a product's page states it includes resale rights, master resale rights, or similar, that grant is limited to exactly what's described on that page — it does not extend to other products, and it doesn't transfer Zyentora's underlying ownership of the content.

5. Reseller terms

If you apply to become a Zyentora reseller and are approved:

• You get a branded storefront listing the products you've chosen to sell, at a price you set above Zyentora's base price for each product
• You keep the difference between your selling price and the base price on each completed, paid sale made through your store
• You're responsible for how you market your store, including complying with the advertising and disclosure rules of any platform you promote on (e.g., Instagram, YouTube)
• Zyentora doesn't guarantee any level of sales, earnings, or audience conversion — your results depend on your own marketing effort and audience
• Zyentora may review, adjust, or remove products from your store, or deactivate your store, if these terms are violated
• Payouts are calculated from verified, completed orders and paid to the payment details you provide; current payout handling is described when you apply

Zyentora reserves the right to approve or decline any reseller application at its discretion.

6. Intellectual property

All products, the Zyentora name, logo, brand assets, and website content are the property of Zyentora (or licensed to Zyentora) and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Being an approved reseller gives you a license to market and sell specific products through your store — it does not transfer ownership of those products, the Zyentora brand, or any other intellectual property to you.

7. Account misuse and prohibited conduct

The following aren't allowed, for resellers or customers:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing a digital product outside the license terms shown on that product's page
• Creating fraudulent orders, self-purchasing to inflate sales, or manipulating pricing to bypass the base price
• Impersonating Zyentora, another reseller, or making misleading claims about a product
• Attempting to access another reseller's or customer's account, orders, or payout information
• Uploading or distributing malicious files, or attempting to interfere with the platform's normal operation

Violating these terms may result in a rejected application, a deactivated store, withheld payouts pending investigation, or removal from the platform.

8. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms for the payment method you use. Pricing is shown in Indian Rupees (₹) at checkout. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with a payment or delivery.

9. Limitation of liability

Zyentora provides products and the platform "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zyentora isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a product or the platform, beyond the amount you actually paid for the product in question.

10. Termination

You may stop using Zyentora at any time. Zyentora may suspend or terminate a reseller store or restrict access to the platform for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or misuse, with or without notice depending on severity.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows — for example, as reseller accounts and additional features are introduced. Continued use of Zyentora after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
