Finishing a chapter once is not the same as knowing it. This planner is built around that difference.
Every chapter gets a row and four checkpoints: Learnt, Revision 1, Revision 2, Revision 3. Each tick is worth 25 percent, so the green bar and the status — Not Started, In Progress, Completed — fill in by themselves. You never type a percentage and you cannot overwrite one by accident; those columns are calculated and locked.
Alongside each chapter you can log previous-year questions solved against a target, planned and target dates, hours studied and your test score, so a chapter's row eventually tells you the whole story of how you learned it.
The dashboard on top pulls it together: total subjects, hours planned, your top-priority pending chapter, checkpoints ticked, days to your next exam and overall syllabus completion. Subject-wise bars cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, the three Chemistry branches, Biology and English, all renameable.
MY EXAMS takes your exam dates and sorts the three nearest automatically into a countdown. TOPICS TO REVISE fills itself with chapters you part-ticked and never came back to — which is exactly the list most students never make.
There is a weekly plan for daily hours, a performance panel for average score, PYQs solved, revisions ticked and hours logged, and a notes area. One example row shows the format; delete it and start typing.
